Pourquoi\u00a0? C\u2019est tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rent d\u2019avoir des collaborateurs qui se limitent \u00e0 faire leur travail selon ce qui est stipul\u00e9 dans leur contrat et d\u2019avoir des collaborateurs qui s\u2019impliquent v\u00e9ritablement pour leur entreprise. Dans ce deuxi\u00e8me cas, les personnes feront en sorte de donner le meilleur d\u2019eux-m\u00eames et veilleront au succ\u00e8s de l\u2019entreprise, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 \u00e0 sa r\u00e9ussite.<\/p>\n<p>Un employ\u00e9 heureux, c\u2019est une entreprise productive. Pour autant, l\u2019ambiance n\u2019est pas toujours propice \u00e0 favoriser l\u2019apparition et le d\u00e9veloppement de ce degr\u00e9 d\u2019implication\u2026 notamment dans un contexte o\u00f9 le management sera peu flexible, voire dans certains cas rigide, avec exc\u00e8s de contr\u00f4le et donc transmettant peu de confiance envers le collaborateur. La r\u00e9tribution \u00e9conomique n\u2019est qu\u2019un des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de motivation, il faut \u00e9galement prendre en compte le \u00ab\u00a0salaire \u00e9motionnel\u00a0\u00bb. C\u2019est celui qui permet d\u2019englober des circonstances telles que permettre la conciliation familiale et professionnelle, la flexibilit\u00e9, et fondamental, la confiance. Au moment de l\u2019heure de v\u00e9rit\u00e9, ces facteurs pourront \u00eatre d\u00e9terminants dans la d\u00e9cision du collaborateur de quitter ou non un projet, une entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Retenir les collaborateurs\u00a0: zone d\u2019am\u00e9lioration pour les entreprises<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui est ironique, c\u2019est qu\u2019au moment de recruter un collaborateur, les entreprises sont de plus en plus vigilantes et exigeantes. Pour \u00a0autant, combien d\u2019entre elles prennent soin de leurs employ\u00e9s une fois qu\u2019ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 embauch\u00e9s\u00a0? Autrement dit\u00a0: si on a mis en place un processus de s\u00e9lection aussi exhaustif et que nous avons choisi les meilleurs, pourquoi ne nous pr\u00e9occupons-nous pas davantage de conserver ces talents\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est devenu le d\u00e9fi des d\u00e9partements RH ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es\u00a0: \u00eatre capables de retenir les personnes de talents qu\u2019ils ont embauch\u00e9es. Cette situation s\u2019est impos\u00e9e en raison d\u2019un changement de paradigme. Les nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations ne cherchent plus \u00e0 trouver un emploi qu\u2019elles pourront conserver toute leur vie. Elles cherchent des entreprises qui leur permettent de se r\u00e9aliser, de se sentir respect\u00e9es et \u00e9cout\u00e9es. \u00a0Dans ce contexte, la communication et le dialogue acqui\u00e8rent une dimension essentielle. La m\u00e9diation de conflits en entreprises est une strat\u00e9gie essentielle pour les d\u00e9partements RH et peut devenir un levier puissant pour fid\u00e9liser les talents dans l\u2019entreprise. Le m\u00e9diateur en entreprises, en tant que figure neutre, va aider les parties pr\u00e9sentes \u00e0 exprimer leurs besoins et \u00e0 faire entendre et prendre en compte leur int\u00e9r\u00eats. \u00a0En cas de d\u00e9saccord, il favorisera le dialogue et facilitera l\u2019obtention d\u2019un accord qui soit b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour l\u2019ensemble des parties impliqu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s qu\u2019il y a relations interpersonnelles, des situations conflictuelles peuvent se pr\u00e9senter. Ce qui fait la diff\u00e9rence, c\u2019est comment nous les affrontons et comment nous cherchons \u00e0 les r\u00e9soudre. C\u2019est l\u00e0 que se verra la v\u00e9ritable nature de l\u2019entreprise.
