Il est difficile de d\u00e9finir le mod\u00e8le d\u2019entreprise \u00ab\u00a0id\u00e9al\u00a0\u00bb car ce qui fonctionne pour les uns ne fonctionne pas n\u00e9cessairement pour les autres et vice versa. Pour autant, il est clair qu\u2019au cours des 20 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es sont apparues de nouvelles approches qui ont aid\u00e9 les entreprises \u00e0 optimiser leurs syst\u00e8mes internes, donnant la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 certains aspects qui avant \u00e9taient consid\u00e9r\u00e9s jusque-l\u00e0 comme secondaires. C\u2019est dans cette tendance que s\u2019inscrit le Manifeste Agile. Une m\u00e9thode qui a r\u00e9volutionn\u00e9 l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019approche Agile nait en f\u00e9vrier 2001 aux Etats-Unis, quand 17 experts ing\u00e9nieurs du secteur informatique se r\u00e9unissent pour chercher des solutions aux probl\u00e8mes de planification des process traditionnels de d\u00e9veloppement. Leurs \u00e9changes se concluent par la signature d\u2019un manifeste, qui pose comme fondement quatre valeurs et douze principes fondamentaux. Principes que ces entrepreneurs commencent \u00e0 mettre en place dans leurs organisations.<\/p>\n<p>Bien qu\u2019au d\u00e9part il fut cr\u00e9\u00e9 pour am\u00e9liorer des d\u00e9veloppements informatiques, de nombreuses entreprises ont incorpor\u00e9 les principes Agiles. Cela leur a permis de d\u00e9velopper des process de travail plus efficaces et fonctionnels. Ici, nous aborderons ceux qui ont eu des r\u00e9percutions positives sur le fonctionnement des \u00e9l\u00e9ments humains de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>4 B\u00e9n\u00e9fices de la mentalit\u00e9 Agile sur les relations professionnelles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Fin de la hi\u00e9rarchie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un des principes Agile consiste \u00e0 savoir d\u00e9l\u00e9guer et d\u00e9poser sa confiance aupr\u00e8s des \u00e9quipes. La figure du chef, comme figure qui dirige, et de l\u2019employ\u00e9, comme figure qui ex\u00e9cute, disparaissent pour laisser la place \u00e0 une structure horizontale, au sein de laquelle tous proposent des id\u00e9es et apportent des solutions. De cette mani\u00e8re, le sentiment d\u2019appartenance augmente du fait que toute l\u2019\u00e9quipe sent qu\u2019elle fait partie du processus cr\u00e9atif et de la prise de d\u00e9cisions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Les personnes sont la valeur essentielle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est une des valeurs fondamentales. Chaque personne de l\u2019\u00e9quipe compte et apporte quelque chose qui lui est propre. Renforcer leur motivation gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des outils qui favorisent la collaboration, c\u2019est essentiel. R\u00e9pondre aux besoins d\u2019un collaborateur, faciliter la conciliation avec sa vie priv\u00e9e ou lui permettre d\u2019autog\u00e9rer son travail, sont des aspects qui se traduisent en termes d\u2019efficacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Travail en \u00e9quipe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il est important que nos \u00e9quipes sachent qu\u2019elles ne travaillent pas de mani\u00e8re individuelle. Dans ce cadre, le Manifeste propose de travailler en face \u00e0 face, en raccourcissant les distances et en favorisant les interactions physiques entre les personnes.\u00a0 C\u2019est comme \u00e7a que se forment les \u00e9quipes et que la motivation s\u2019accro\u00eet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Accepter les changements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une \u00e9quipe fiable est celle qui accueille les changements \u00e0 bras ouverts. S\u2019obstiner \u00e0 suivre un plan de mani\u00e8re rigide n\u2019est pas r\u00e9aliste, apparaissent sur le chemin des emb\u00fbches qui nous invitent \u00e0 changer de direction. La mentalit\u00e9 Agile nous propose d\u2019\u00eatre ouverts \u00e0 la volatilit\u00e9, l\u2019incertitude, la complexit\u00e9 et l\u2019ambigu\u00eft\u00e9 pour atteindre avec succ\u00e8s un produit final.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Des g\u00e9ants comme Zara, Apple ou Facebook s\u2019organisent autour de cette nouvelle approche et deviennent des exemples d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et de progr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>Si on veut appliquer cette m\u00e9thodologie dans notre entreprise, parce qu\u2019on souhaite \u00eatre plus flexibles, plus adaptables, plus cr\u00e9atifs ou plus r\u00e9actifs, on peut faire appel \u00e0 un M\u00e9diateur.
