Co-Development
++ Attitude
Clear success condition in a co-development session: that the ‘client’ trusts in their capacity to find their own solution and that the ‘consultant’ accepts that the client needs to find their own solution, without imposing theirs.
How does co-development work?
We gather a group of people in a session of collective development.
During each session, one of the people will be the client of the session and the rest will act as consultants, working on their problem thanks to a strong process of collective intelligence.
At the end of the session, the client builds an action plan to be implemented between sessions.
Individual Benefits

Finding solutions to apparently impossible issues, thanks to the contributions of others.

Go faster and further, looking at the world in a different way, other ways of solving problems or do my job.

Help to clarify other people’s mindsets, giving other perspectives, not solutions.
Collective and Systemic Benefits

In the groups, the ‘know-how-to’ is transmitted to others.

Listening to issues of people who work in other departments, facilitate better understanding of the environment of the company, a more global vision.

Help to clarify the mindsets of others, giving other perspectives, not solutions.
